EN ISO 20345 Footwear compliant with this standard is marked with the letter "S" (Safety). The letter "S" is followed by letters and / or numbers indicating the category of protection to which the shoes belong.
SB Minimum requirements: 200 Joule finger protector. Leather upper torn or similar. Minimum top height.

EN ISO 20346 These shoes are basically the same as safety shoes. However, because they have a 100 Joule finger protector, they are marked with the letter "P" (Protective). That is why they are characterized as protective shoes. Used in workplaces that require protection of no more than 100 Joules.
EN ISO 20347 These shoes do not have toe protection and are marked with the letter "O" (Occupational-Work), so they are considered work shoes.
