In general, the shipping methods are:


• By SPEEDEX courier.

• With a Transport Company.

• Collection from our Headquarters.

• With IPIROTRANS courier for the Epirus region (after consultation)

Specifically:

With SPEEDEX courier: Delivery if a product is immediately available takes place in 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday), delivery to your place.

Specifically, the transport charges in network cities are
  From 0-2.5 kg = €4,5 (including Statutory VAT 24%)
  Each additional kg = + €1.5 (including Statutory VAT 24%)


The shipping cost results from the weight and/or volume of the product and the accessibility of the shipping location.

For bulky parcels, it measures the volumetric weight, which you calculate in the following way:

LENGTH(cm) X HEIGHT(cm) X WIDTH(cm) / 5000 = WEIGHT IN KG

Shipments to hard-to-reach areas are charged at least €6 (including Statutory VAT 24%), the exact cost is determined with the exact address and after contacting the company. In order not to be burdened with the extra charge for hard-to-reach areas, we suggest you choose collection from the nearest speedex office in your area.

Orders that are not received will be charged in addition to the shipping costs and the return costs.

By Transport company:

Our company packs and transports the products to the offices of the transport company without any financial burden on the buyer. The shipping costs are charged to the buyer and the delivery is made from the nearest, to the Customer, headquarters of the carrier. Cash on delivery is not valid with this shipping method. Before the shipment there will be a telephone communication with you.

Collection from the Company Headquarters: If you wish, you can collect your order from our company headquarters located at 3 Kalpakiou Street in Ioannina.

Orders placed on a working day (excluding holidays and Saturdays) before 10am are dispatched the same day, provided the item is immediately available, the Customer has paid for the order.
